This site has a lot of pages. This one is a map: find the description that sounds most like where you are right now, and click through to the page that’s written for it.
I’m thinking about using again
A craving wave, a planned slip, the “fuck its”, whatever the shape, the next move matters more than the rest of this site. Go here first.
- Thinking About Using? (The Fuck Its): what to do in the next ten minutes, who to call, what to know about post-abstinence tolerance.
- Crisis Hotlines: 988, SAMHSA, domestic violence, poison control. All staffed 24/7.
I’m in withdrawal right now
Hour-by-hour timeline, what to do in the next sixty minutes, what to avoid, when to go to the ER, and the real paths out, tough it out, step down to kratom leaf, Suboxone, or SR-17.
- Withdrawal Help: the main page for this.
- Helper Medications: clonidine, gabapentin, trazodone, baclofen, and others. A same-day telehealth appointment can get most of these.
- Vitamins & Supplements: magnesium, electrolytes, NAC, melatonin, the rest of the OTC stack that takes the edge off.
- Impending Doom: if the wave hitting you is the panicky “something terrible is about to happen” feeling specifically.
I’m past the worst but something still isn’t right
If it’s been weeks or months and you’re still flat, sleepless, or foggy, that’s almost always post-acute withdrawal syndrome (PAWS). It’s real, it’s known, and it has its own playbook. If a wave of panicky dread is what’s hitting, Impending Doom is the more focused page.
- What is PAWS: the shape of it, the timeline, what helps (by evidence level).
- Depression and Anhedonia: for the flat-mood, can’t-feel-anything, and post-acute depression picture.
- Dopamine Recovery: the deeper neurobiology underneath the anhedonia.
- Sleep Recovery: if sleep is the part that hasn’t come back.
- Long-Term Outlook: what recovery looks like over the coming months.
I’ve decided to quit and I’m planning
You’re not in withdrawal yet but you want to be ready. Read about your options before you stop, not while you’re sweating it out, they all exist with real pros and cons.
- Suboxone: one widely-used path, with the community’s low-and-slow induction approach.
- SR-17: a non-prescription option some people have used to bridge off 7-OH and related synthetics.
- Quit 7-OH with Kratom Leaf: a gentler taper that works for some people coming off lower doses.
- Vitamins & Supplements: what to have on hand before you start, whichever path you pick.
- Telehealth Providers: a fact-checked comparison if you need a prescriber.
I’m using and thinking about stopping
Not committed yet. That’s fine, this section is for understanding what you’re on and what stopping looks like.
- 7-OH: what the compound is, why dependence builds so fast, and what makes it different from traditional opioids.
- Withdrawal Help: read this before you stop. Knowing what’s coming changes how the first 72 hours feel.
- Telehealth Providers: so you know who to call when you decide.
I don’t really know what any of this is
Total newcomer, you saw a “7” tablet at a gas station, your loved one mentioned it, or you found this page from a search. Start with the 60-second version, then go as deep as you want.
- What the Hell Is 7-OH?: the elevator pitch, plain language, no jargon.
- Kratom Leaf: what raw kratom is.
- 7-OH: what the concentrated synthetic is.
- Compounds: the rest of the family (pseudo, MGM-15, MIT-A/DHM, cat’s claw).
I’m here to help someone else
Family, partner, friend. There’s a whole section written for you, by people who’ve been on both sides of this.
- For Loved Ones, Start Here: the one to read first.
- For Loved Ones, What to Expect: the shape of dependence, withdrawal, and recovery from outside it.
- Thinking About Using?: so you know the language and the signs.
I’m not sure this site is for me
You use kratom or 7-OH without a dependence problem, or you’re part of the broader kratom community, or the addiction framing across this site reads off to you and you want to know where the site stands.
- Where the Site Stands: on responsible users, bans, and regulation. Short and direct.
Other ways to find a page
