This page is the schedule for the two peer support fellowships focused specifically on kratom, kratom extracts, and 7-OH: Kratom Anonymous (KA), a 12-step fellowship, and Quitting Kratom Support - There Is A Way Out (TIAWO), a non-12-step volunteer-led community. Both are listed below with day, time, format, and join links, pulled from the fellowships’ own sites.

For the broader directory of mutual aid options (NA, Heroin Anonymous, SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery, The Phoenix, and others), see Mutual Aid & Recovery Groups. For peer support specifically for family and friends, see Support Groups for Family & Friends.

Kratom Anonymous (KA), full schedule

KA is a 12-step fellowship focused specifically on kratom, kratom extracts, and 7-OH addiction. Source: kratom-anonymous.org. KA runs multiple daily virtual meetings across the week. The same Zoom room is reused for a given time slot; the format rotates between Discussion and Step depending on the day.

Notes on the KA schedule

  • Wednesday has two parallel sets of meetings listed on the KA site: the main KA Zoom meetings (same template as the rest of the week, via cutt.ly) and a separate “Grow Recovery” side-panel listing that points to a Google Meet room. Both are listed above.
  • Weekend room reuse: a single Zoom URL (cutt.ly/xtgmVDlr) covers all four weekend meetings, both Saturday slots and both Sunday slots.
  • Times here are pulled from the KA site’s meeting graphics. Always confirm against the live source at kratom-anonymous.org before relying on a specific time, if the schedule changes, that page is the authoritative version.

Quitting Kratom Support - There Is A Way Out (TIAWO), full schedule

Quitting Kratom Support - There Is A Way Out (TIAWO) is a volunteer-led, non-12-step virtual community focused on kratom and 7-OH recovery. Source: kratomquitters.com/meetings. Meetings run on Google Meet and are open to both people in recovery and their loved ones.

Notes on the TIAWO schedule

  • Most meetings share a single Google Meet room (cza-tyjv-fun); the morning, midday, afternoon, newcomers, evening, and late-evening slots all use it. The Sunday men’s, women’s, and LGBTQ+ meetings each have their own room.
  • The TIAWO site notes “ALL MEETING TIMES EST”, Eastern Time. The PT conversions above account for that.
  • Times are pulled from the TIAWO meetings page. Always confirm against the live source at kratomquitters.com/meetings; if the schedule changes, their site is the authoritative version.
  • TIAWO also runs a 24/7 chat infrastructure alongside the meetings; see kratomquitters.com for the broader community.

What to expect at a KA meeting

KA follows the standard 12-step meeting format. The general shape:

  1. Opening readings, the preamble, the Twelve Steps, sometimes a daily reading or topic.
  2. Introductions, first name only is the convention; “Hi, I’m [name], and I’m a [whatever you identify as, addict, person in recovery from 7-OH, etc.].”
  3. Discussion or step study. Discussion meetings have a topic (often suggested by the chair or by a reading); Step meetings work through one of the 12 steps in depth.
  4. Sharing. Members take turns speaking briefly about their experience related to the topic. Crosstalk (commenting on what someone else said) is generally not part of the format.
  5. Closing. Usually a closing reading and the Serenity Prayer.

Most meetings run about an hour. You do not have to share, listening is welcomed and normal, especially at first meetings.

If you’ve never been to a 12-step meeting and the format sounds intimidating, going in with low expectations is fine. The first meeting is mostly about getting through the first meeting. Many people attend several before feeling like they have a sense of the rhythm.

What to expect at a TIAWO meeting

TIAWO is non-12-step, there’s no Steps framework, no Higher Power language by default, and the format is volunteer-led rather than scripted from a literature tradition. Meetings are open to both people in recovery and their loved ones, which is unusual for peer support and worth knowing about going in (a meeting may include family members trying to understand the substance, not just people quitting it).

Beyond that, the published format details are thinner than KA’s. The TIAWO site frames meetings as “support community” rather than working a specific program. If you’ve been to SMART Recovery or other non-12-step formats, the rhythm will probably feel familiar. If you haven’t, the first meeting is mostly about getting a feel for the room; listening is normal.

What these meetings are not

  • Not a treatment program. Both fellowships are peer support, not clinical care. Neither prescribes medication, manages your taper, or replaces working with a healthcare provider.
  • Not affiliated with this site or the quitting7oh Discord. KA and TIAWO are separate organizations. This page lists their schedules because their meetings are the peer support directly focused on the substances this community deals with.
  • Not for everyone. 12-step is a real cultural fit issue (relevant to KA); non-12-step community formats are too (relevant to TIAWO). If one doesn’t resonate after a few meetings, the other is worth trying, and so are the secular and alternative options like SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery, and The Phoenix.
